Intel, LightWork To Work On 3-D Software

Intel ja LightWork teevad koostööd 3-D tarkvara arendamise vallas.

LightWork Design, a leading developer of 3-D visualization and simulation software, on Wednesday announced it is working with Intel to optimize LightWork's photorealistic rendering technology for Intel's Itanium 64-bit processor.

The LightWorks rendering system integrates key rendering techniques in one package and is designed to be directly integrated into 3-D software applications.

"Working together to optimize LightWorks will result in even more powerful rendering solutions for users," said Gordon Oliver, president and CEO of LightWork Design, Sheffield, England. "Our customers will be able to take advantage of the performance enhancements for the Intel Architecture."
